Convention Child Care Requires Pre-Registration

Back by popular demand, free child care will be offered on Sunday, May 21, during the Awards Banquet, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. For the third year, the Dane County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association will provide volunteers to staff the child care room. Pizza and a movie will be offered, along with age-appropriate activities and toys.

Because the number of children has increased each year, and because younger children often require one-on-one care, we will require that you pre-register your children. It is especially important to pre-register children two and under because of the extra care they require, and we want to make sure that we have enough volunteers on hand to give your children the best care possible.

Here are four ways to pre-register your children for Convention Child Care:

  1. E-mail Judy Urso, jurso@wppa.com;
  2. Complete the form below and mail to Convention 2006 Child Care, 340 Coyier Lane, Madison, WI 53713;
  3. Include the form with your Convention 2006 registration; or
  4. Register at Convention 2006, but only for children three and older!
