Convention 2008 Incentive for First-Time Attendees

Would you like to attend the WPPA’s annual convention but feel that you can’t afford it? Are you from a small local and the budget does not include delegate fees for the annual convention? If the answer is “yes” to either of the above questions, read on.

This year, as an incentive for FIRST-TIME ATTENDEES, the WPPA will waive the delegate fee for the FIRST 10 WPPA MEMBERS who send in their registrations.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete the registration form.
  2. Mail in the form, along with your check for the delegate fee.
  3. If you are one of the first ten to send in your registration, your check will be returned to you.

This incentive is for first-time attendees only, and the WPPA will waive only the delegate fee of $150. You are responsible for reserving and paying for your room at the Kalahari (the deadline for the room block is April 6).

Remember, you do not have to be a member of your local association’s board of directors to attend the annual convention. The WPPA is YOUR union! If you are a member of the WPPA, plan now to attend the 76th Annual Convention.
