Convention 2005 Banquet Entrees For Sunday, May 15
A—Chicken Forestierre
Breast of chicken with fresh sauteed mushrooms, laced with demi-glace.
B—Pork Loin Dijon
Roasted with garlic and served with Dijon mustard sauce.
C—Pasta Primavera
Sauteed fresh vegetables tossed with Italian herbs, penne pasta, and Alfredo sauce.
Children Ages 11 and Under
On Sunday, May 15, during the Awards Banquet, children ages 11 and under are invited to attend a FREE pizza and movie party from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., hosted by the Madison Professional Police Officers' Association and the Dane County Deputy Sheriffs' Association.
Tickets for other meal events will be available for purchase for children ages 11 and under at the WPPA Convention Registration table in Suites D and E in the Convention Center.
