Notice Of Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the voting Delegates of the WPPA shall be held May 20-22, 2006, at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center, 1305 Kalahari Drive, Wisconsin Dells, for the purpose of electing Directors and for transacting such other business as may come before the meeting.

Elections shall be conducted at the General Session on Sunday, May 21, 2006, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Delegates

The number of Delegates a local association is entitled to designate shall depend on the number of Active Members in the local. There shall be one (1) Delegate for each fifteen (15) Active Members or fraction thereof in good standing with the WPPA in the local association, provided, no local association shall be entitled to more than a total of ten (10) Delegates, and further provided, every local shall be entitled to designate at least one (1) voting Delegate regardless of its number of Active Members.
