Abbey Springs is a warm family-friendly gated community on beautiful Geneva Lake. We have 153 home and 398 condominium owners enjoying: 18 holes of golf, two swimming pools, tennis, fitness, Golf Grill, beach-front dining, Yacht Club dining, beach-front swimming, a marina with 209 boats, and loads of wooded walking areas. About 30 owners live on property year-round, with the remainder predominantly from the Chicago area.

We need a dedicated, disciplined, and experienced person to head up our security and safety needs. This is a full-time position; we operate security 24/7 with multiple outlets. The director needs to be excellent at communicating to owners, as well as training a full-time staff of 8–10; part time during the season will be about 16. In general, the director enforces security procedures, exercises general supervision over common property, directs staff training, investigates alleged crimes on property, works closely with monitoring services and other common security and safety measures. This is an exceptionally important position at Abbey Springs. Your presence will set the tone for our owners and their guests. Your staff will be the initial representation of Abbey Springs.
